Needed good news

So just when I needed some good news Ralph tells me he has a meeting scheduled with the LIBDC to discuss what the town will and will not let us do to our new building.  It was great to see how suprised he was that we are actually moving along with things.  Maybe Holbrook will get some attention at this years christmas party.

Christmas in Nov.

So the day before turkey day two surveyors showed up to do a topo map of the property. They are also setting monument stones in all the corners for reference points since the prior survey was from the 1900's.  I had to call the boss and tell her how happy I was to finally start working on our new building.
